    Usage
    • Recreational Effects: Users take GBL for effects similar to alcohol or GHB, including euphoria, reduced inhibitions, drowsiness, and increased libido.

    • Risks: GBL carries an extreme risk of accidental overdose because the difference between a recreational dose and a toxic dose is very small.
